i was at school early and was in for a shock!
it turned out that they had public canning today at the assembly.
their first in this term, today being the last day of the term.
two boys were up there, one received two strokes for smoking in school;
the other received three strokes because he was caught messing around with the toilet papers in the restroom.
spare the rod and spoil the child?

wow...!
so smoking is not as bad as messing up toilet paper? wow ... but then again, we didn't have toilet paper in our schools ;-)
