steaming pot of goodness!

today we had visitors from Atlanta, and since they were fellow country men, (kakinang- our own people), we decided to have steamboat or hot pot for lunch as an early Chinese New Year celebration. There is no better way to enjoy food in the middle of winter than a steaming pot of goodness!

our boys came home with a few friends after their Sunday freesbie - so for a quick dinner, they had hot pot with chicken stock (instead of Tom Yum) with all the left over ingredients....and certainly good to the last drop!
